Cheers. I'm out of my depth with this sort of thing, so I'm no doubt confused by whatever it is I can only vaguely remember. It could well be bollocks when/if I do remember it.
I'll have you know, as a graduated 'kid', garden hopping is still big business. Very big business. As is cow tipping. The highest available currency in bragging rights belong to these sort of activities.

angus young @angus_young61 3m3 minutes ago As mentioned last night, judge then observed any planning approval guarantee by HCC as requested in letter would have been illegal angus young @angus_young61 5m5 minutes ago EA: I do not think they would have come back and said yes. It was a political hot potato. angus young @angus_young61 8m8 minutes ago EA: They were calling my bluff and I was calling theirs. I was taking a risk with my offer but I knew risk of council agreeing was low angus young @angus_young61 31m31 minutes ago Unchallenged evidence from HCC legal officer Ian Anderson that SMC tried to sell trampoline club's trampolines on ebay after eviction angus young @angus_young61 5m5 minutes ago QC: In effect, letter says if council provides funding the 3G pitch will not go in arena. EA: It was part of the PR, it wasnt genuine.... angus young @angus_young61 13m13 minutes ago HCC QC: Who pays the rates? EA: SMC. QC: You are asking for rate relief on behalf of SMC? EA: The payments would be from the football club. QC: You are asking the council to underwrite £850K to have the 3G pitch installed? EA: Potentially yes. QC points out EA signs as vice chair of football club rather than SMC. EA: This is a response from the Tigers...
I've worked it out Ehab and Assem are pitching fr a reality TV gig - cameras follow their every move and make them look ridiculous as they go from PR disaster to PR disaster However the rights to the show sell for millions - meaning we become a footballing super power....
angus young @angus_young61 5m5 minutes ago QC: In effect, letter says if council provides funding the 3G pitch will not go in arena. EA: It was part of the PR, it wasnt genuine.... So we now have "part of the PR" to add to "it was a metaphor" as phrases Ehab uses when what he really means is "we're a pair of crooks who are getting pulled up on another lie we told".
In my simple mind, the situation should boil down to the Council pointing out the part(s) of the lease they reckon the Allams are in breach of, and the Allams arguing why that isn't the case. The judge hearing the comments we've seen so far, must be wondering if he's dealing with a request to have them sectioned. It's like reading a thread on here when someone realises they've got it wrong. He'll be telling the judge to lighten up, it was just a jokeor waving a picture of a fish on a hook next.
That's it. He's trying to get the fictitious characters involved a football banning order by claiming that the garden he imagined them throwing stones from is a football stadium.
For someone not keeping up with this too closely - what's the worst outcome that could occur here, from the club's POV? Would we be forced to lay a 3G pitch at Bishop Burton and return Airco to normal? Would that impact our Cat 2 status?
Hasn't the FA said they will do a second audit in a year to ensure that the conditions are still met?
I realise some on here will focus on the Allams, but the Council are coming out of this smelling of roses either. This is not a defend the Allams message, this whole thing is starting to leave a nasty taste in even my mouth, it's a reminder the HCC are a bunch of ****s too.
