Ehab says that they are negotiating with Bishop Burton to build a 3G facility there, that bit makes sense. So what was the real point of all the carry on at the Airco? now he says he wants to hand over the arena ( which they don't own ) to the Tiger Trust.

Why did they agree to move there in the first place if they couldn't reach agreement to achieve category 1 status?

There's nothing weird about any of this, as it is nothing more than their normal nonsense of constructing reasons from hindsight and telling any lies they feel they need to to support their arrogance. When are folk going to stop looking for any thing but the obvious; this pair cannot lie straight in bed and no one should be trying to work with them.

He's really saying his right hand wants to give the Arena to his left hand for a bit. The Tiger Trust is of course really them, since it's "Football in the Community" under another name and that was always controlled by the club.

Was it? I thought was associated to the club by name, but was funded by others?

Don't be daft. You'd do your ankle falling over a brick on the lawn.

So is Hull FC and previously a section of the City Council.

I'm not saying they weren't run by the club, there's just something in the back of my mind about funding.

The names of the trustees might give a clue as to it's level of independence.

The Tigers Trust offices/classrooms are based at the South/East stand, near the club shop/ticket office.

Hull FC rent space there too, but they're not part of Hull City.

Funded by club and others eg PL, McDs. They run (or at least have in the past and I don't see why it would have changed) all the visits to schools, including players, and all the kid's coaching courses which usually have players involved (Lee Bracey was the one on the keeper course I went on before, I've been **** ever since). It's effectively controlled by the club even if on the paperwork it's different people. The charity status will be to keep the books separate, presumably the outside funding doesn't count as revenue it means the money they charge for the courses etc can be kept in full (as revenue will be low enough they won't need to be VAT registered) and allows other benefits for that side of thing, like the business rates situation they're trying to exploit now.

What does this mean "Registered charity affiliated with Hull City Tigers?"
