The liaison committee is supposed to be a group consisting of two representatives of the council, along with two representatives of the SMC, who are supposed to meet to arrange community bookings and discuss the ongoing use of the facility, but it seems it's never actually met at all.
I can understand the SMC not wanting to meet because they can carry on doing what they want but surely the council would insist on a meeting.
The council contacted the SMC and requested that a liaison committee meeting was convened, but that was only in March thisyear and as far as I'm aware, they was the first time (it was certainly the first time since the Allams took over).
Who knows but if the hcst has pushed the allams to do more with the Tigers Trust then it can only be good for the hull public.
It's what used to be 'football in the community'. They employ coaches who go into schools and stuff. I think TT is a good cause but someone I know who works for them is really pissed off at the Allams over something to do with TT's use of the Airco. I don't understand it fully but they seem to be really pissed.
The court heard the 3G pitch was now being used by Hull City's youth academy as well as being hired out on a first-come first-served basis to any interested organisations. However, its use has so far been limited to five-a-side football and children's parties. So they've started putting the 'games & parties' that they used to use the outside pitches for, moved inside to justify it's use ...
Garden hopping, ****ing brilliant. Kids today know nowt. Stick them Play Stations up your arses & get out garden hopping you sad little ****s.
I remember doing about a dozen consecutive gardens before being chased by one of the garden owners. Good job I was carrying less timber and was quite fleet of foot
It was great in the old days. You knew which of the old mental bastard home owners would give chase so wound them up more. In the days when you'd make slides when it was icy we'd pour water outside some miserable gadger's gate.Gave it half an hour & then set about trying to get him out to chase us, soft twat fell for it every time.
The whole issue is weird. You would think the club would consider what was needed for category 1 status and then come up with a venue and start improving towards category 1 via category 2.
In the 'old days' everybody did not have six foot fences (hedges or thin wire fences) security lighting & guard dogs, also worth apple raiding ...
When we moved into our house one of the first things we did was get rid of the fence at the back and built a 7 foot brick wall. My wife advised against a machine gun turret.
