If you looked into the big bang theory, you would see it is merely a cycle like everything else, the planets will get further away from each other until at some point they are infact sucked back into each other until everything becomes one again, then it will start to separate again (basic explanation)... No higher being is needed to do this, it is just the cycle of the universe just like water evaporation from the sea and rain.
The universe is as it is and we are the universe, so techincally there is no real creation.. life is constant, it doesnt end just transforms... we cannot be created or destroyed!
