I wouldn't be able to sleep thinking i had that.

Hear about the agnostic, dyslexic insomniac with tourets. e lay awake at night wondering whether there was a dog. ****.

Regular exercise helps you sleep. If you start running or going to the gym you will probably find that your sleep improves. (either that or you'll have a ****ing heart attack!!)

Yeah, I'd recommend trying a couple of these together...

Exercise (running is class, your legs feel so heavy in bed it is actually the most comfortable place).

Reading (always works for me).

Having a colder room. (For you to fall into a deep sleep your body temperature has to drop...So like the hot bath thing, if you get into your bed and its a bit cold, this will just speed things along!)

Avoiding the computer late at night

I have also been a major sufferer of insomnia for years, I just dont sleep! But I can confirm that going to the gym 3+ times a week helps absolutely no end, weeks when I hit the gym hard I still dont get the reccomended 8 hours a night but I get about 5-6 hours which isnt too bad as without it I usually get 4 max.

No coffee after 6pm and a mug of Horlick's just before bed get's me 4 hrs good sleep.

Only ever needed 4 hours sleep since I was a teenager.
