Best thing about this was that we're looking at permanent transfers first and foremost. Can't deal with another summer like this one. Get a spine in place then sprinkle some loan magic in there!
Explained my rationale already. Playing friendlies with a knackered squad learning a new system hasn't done him any favours at all on here. He's made some good saves and conceded goals that largely weren't his fault in games that do not matter. It's far too soon to judge, but at the moment there are snippets there to suggest he'll come good.
Considering it’s not his first language I thought he spoke well and is clearly passionate. Getting deals over the line clearly needs his input no idea what Tan has being doing. I am drawing a line as of today putting my understandably negativity to one side. . Still need around 12 players before the end of August but that’s the last time I say it.
Well didnt see the q&a, so just catching up on here and sounds like he not only fronted up but showed a good amount of honesty, a d common sense, good to see the rumour mill put to bed, and good to see that he has explained to some degree the failure of signings, but more impressively held his hand up re the previous forum and apologised where necessary. Onward and upwards we go hopefully from here
It is. He was free when we signed him from Gillingham wasn’t he? We’re surely not signing Kevin Francis to partner him as well are we?
Is this basically a summary of what was said? https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/acun-ilicali-reveals-hull-citys-9463494#comments-wrapper
