I've no intention of watching this but I'll guess he'll issue a 'Boris excuse' and claim mistakes were made, it was an isolated incident, other people have done terrible things, it's in the past and we should draw a line under it so we can concentrate on more important issues.

No one just holds their hands up and properly apologises any more.

Just been said on the wireless (LBC) that the Met have said they won't investigate.....no surprise there then.
RSPCA will look into the "welfare" of the cat.
Zouma has said it is "a much loved family pet"....if he can do that to a "much loved family pet", wtf would he do to one he didn't like.
A vet was on and said the cat should be checked for internal injuries.
