I don't agree with abortion and would never choose that for my own. But sometimes I think it's a mercy if the child is likely to born into a life of neglect, poverty or abuse. I couldn't possibly make the decision for someone else, but nor would I want to aid and abet in something I saw as a crime.

Can someone else not help her?

This <ok>

I had an abortion once. Funny feeling.

I knew you were going to say that but that's just taking it to ridiculous extremes. What I meant was that the father should have the right to a say in the case of an abortion where it's between two consenting adults.

Yet another example of inequality.

I'm all for equality but it has to 100% parity.

True story time chaps.

A girl I know rang me (and woke me out of a drunkan stupor) just there with a sob story.

Had unprotected sex a few weeks ago, took the morning after pill but her period is six days late (usually able to set her watch by it)

She doesn't want to tell family and friends as she is adamant she will go across the water to moralless Britain if she is preggie and have an abortion. She wants me to go into town to Boots when it opens at 1pm with her for a preggie test.

I am totally against abortion and she knows this. Do I help a friend ?

She is clearly a whore, so ride the bitch you ****ing queer hawk! <grr>

Nope. Just pointing out how odd it is for a guy to be against abortion but yet finds bombing men, women & kids amusing.

Who are these 'men, women & kids'?

If I remember right it was Brits/Tories.

I'll ask again.

What bomb was it that you found so amusing.

Omagh, Shankill, Enniskillen?

I'm going to go straight to the point here Meds.

I don't care. I have already told you anyway.

What you want me to say? That's a serious question btw.

Very well then.

I don't want you to say anything, just pointing out the hypocrisy of you being against abortion but in favour of terrorism.

I'll leave it at that.

<laugh>

A guy on the internet is a hypocrite <yikes>

Stop the press.

Where you not cheerleading the RAF in another thread? How many innocents have they killed?

Are the vast majority of pregnancies not due to an act between consenting adults? So why should the man who simply provided the sperm, have an equal say in what a woman decides to do with something inside her?

Not every pregnancy is planned or wanted, so why bring a child into a world where it is not wanted? It will be - in the majority of cases - the woman who raises the child.

If I banged some tart behind a boozer who I never saw again, and she gets herself up the duff, why should I be entitled to veto her decision to terminate?

Because if she was a fat hoofer, you would want to claim that there is no way on earth that you pumped her in the first place?
