nah. He played CB then moved to RB. If he ever went LB it was deffo the odd game. We used to play Gallas at LB (against mourinho lol) but i think he only played CB and not really RB

Ashley Cole is the best LB this country has ever produced. I’d put him top 3 LB of all time, after Maldini and Lahm if you’re gonna count Lahm as a LB & RB.

3 top quality left backs.

How about Jordi Alba, the little **** has been great for quite a few years for spain and barca or Evra. Both solid and yet great at attacking as well and doing it over a number of years.

was good, but played in two great sides. Baines for me, better going forward and in defence. If he had not been so loyal to Everton then he would have never let Cole in. Best PL LB is Irwin.

One of the classiest CB to play the game was Rio. That shoulder drop/turn when running back to goal under pressure, could see it coming but it never failed.

Baines has more goals and assists than Cole. Just offered more.
