azpilicueta. He's been really consistent and has been a stallwart in our team although he has dropped off a bit in the last 2 years.
I'd give him a 9.5/10 for defending back in the day but a 6 for attacking so unfortunately isn't what i would call top top tier defender like the lahms and the ashley coles (although zaha seems to be his kryptonite).
But he played both sides didn't he? Cashley was, without doubt, one of the best left backs in the world in his day...a great player but a bit of a dick.
yeah he can play both sides. He started off right, then he went left under mourinhos 2nd stint, then he went back to right back, then he went as the middle right centre back under conte and now he's back out on the right and sometimes switched to the left
Ashley Cole is the best LB this country has ever produced. I’d put him top 3 LB of all time, after Maldini and Lahm if you’re gonna count Lahm as a LB & RB.
