Who do you think will be promoted from the Championship? I suppose Leeds have to be one of the favourites, well until about February/March time anyway.
The Aribo development fee went on signing a youngster with no league experience, and that is the only money Bowyer has been given to spend since taking over. Even when we sell a player, or get a sizeable add-on, as is happening now with Lookman's sale from Everton, None of it is re-invested. Dijksteel is about to be sold, watch what happens.
We'll be lucky to stay in the Champ let alone go to Prem..... unless Bow works his magic again and we surprise everybody including ourselves!

Cardiff - Warnock guarantees success at this level.
I can't see that happening as we have enough defenders and his wages would be too high. We need midfielders and strikers, quickly. Thirteen days to go before the window closes.
We will still be able to scrape the bottom of the barrel after that though, ie sign free agents who could not get a club because nobody wanted them. 50/50 we see Josh Parker back at The Valley I'd say.
Fair to say that they owe Bowyer for that (if they get it, which I think they will).

If it is, I sincerely hope Bowyer does not try to kid Charlton fans that Harriott is a great signing and he's really chuffed to get him and he's been on the radar for ages and... well you get the idea. More of that kind of nonsense.
If he does, his reputation as someone who "tells it like it is" will take a serious knock.
