Players have been signed without Bowyers approval. I don't know who the players are though.
One of the many things l find confusing today is that we make a signing with the guy from Orient, then a few hours later all the shambolic shambles with Bowyer. Makes me think that LB knew nothing about what was going to happen, otherwise why would he have fronted the announcement of the new signing....??
I've read somewhere that the signing and the pictures was all done last week, and the Club simply released the news today.
So Bowyer's input to the new signing article was days ago.

buying a striker is always hit and miss. they're only hits if you can get the service right. currently, we're playing pratley in a lone holding role, with two up top (now we have two strikers) and a 7 man defence.
marquis had a good season last year in a poor league one. he's not what we need - would come in handy, but the next few signings need to be contract renewals of bauer and aribo, and more quality midfielders.

Cawley has tweeted he doesn't expect us to pay another fee for a player this summer. Maybe RD has had a heart attack after lashing out £200,000.
Impossible to stay in the Championship on that kind of budget, back to L1 next year thanks to our scrooge of an owner.
