Fair enough Saffy, I have no vote to cast so have no side which I support but a Primer Minister surely would have asked his Attorney General for advice and I would assume he would have been advised that he was sailing very close to the wind.That unlawful act was up for debate, though. The court agreed with him originally and then it was overturned by the Supreme. Going on that I don't think anybody can say he knew it was unlawful what he was doing. A bit sly, certainly! I don't believe he thought it was unlawful, though.
