That unlawful act was up for debate, though. The court agreed with him originally and then it was overturned by the Supreme. Going on that I don't think anybody can say he knew it was unlawful what he was doing. A bit sly, certainly! I don't believe he thought it was unlawful, though.
Fair enough Saffy, I have no vote to cast so have no side which I support but a Primer Minister surely would have asked his Attorney General for advice and I would assume he would have been advised that he was sailing very close to the wind.
To be honest we could just go around in circles so I'm going to get off the roundabout.

I think if a man lies to me, I say that the man lied to me.

If a man lies to me ten times, I call that man a liar.

I then think that it doesn't matter what that man tells me he will do, because he has demonstrated time and again that he is untrustworthy.

And in a nutshell, that's Boris Johnson, a man so prolifically mendacious as to be sacked from two jobs (politician and journalist) where lying is an essential part of the skillset. Think about that for a second, he managed to be so utterly bereft of truth that other liars were uncomfortable with the levels of his lying and felt he shouldn't associate with them.

He also doesn't give a **** about his own kids, so there's no way he gives a **** about ours. Although at least he has a good round figure of how many of the latter there are in the country.

Voting labour because I don't like liars who think they're above the law and do everything with a knowing smile that says 'you'll never win, I'll always get away with it'

So you prefer a terrorist sympathiser and a party that is rife with antiSemitism that he’s leader of. Strange fella you and a very weak argument for voting labour if that’s what your vote is decided on.

Corbyn
Has Diane Abbott in his cabinet
Hates the Armed Forces
Hates the Monarchy
Has issues with Jewish people
Wants to take us back to the 70’s, a time when ultra left wing unions abused their powers
Has John (trotski) McDonnell pulling his strings
Has an eye watering spending policy, let’s remember the 'Dear chief secretary, I'm afraid to tell you there's no money left,' by Liam Byrne, In 2010? Hence the austerity afterwards.
Has a ‘neutral’ view about Brexit, but is going to ‘properly’ negotiate Brexit then put his new ‘offer’ to the people......another referendum, more uncertainty,,,,,,,,, fekin hell
JC4PM? ....followed by bankruptcy, chaos and unrest :emoticon-0183-swear
Oh yes and he has Diane Abbott in his cabinet:headbang:

Not wanting to tell the world about your kids and not giving a **** about them are two completely separate issues.

Jeremy Corbyn, a man who has no principles. He has been a Eurosceptic all of his life. Now he's going to campaign for remain. As I keep saying, this is the man who has marched with the IRA at their funerals, refused to condemn the IRA bombing campaign and called Islamic terrorist groups 'his friends'

I can't and won't disrespect the victims of our country who were killed by cowardly IRA bombs by voting for that man.

Nee need for that like ffs
There's always a reason for an outburst like that. I think I know why that happened but it's not for me to say or speculate.

It can be hard to read what looks like Noggie's love for Jeremy Corbyn when some of us have been directly affected or know somebody close who has been affected by the IRA. A terrorist organisation supported by Corbyn, McDonnell and Abbott.

I think those times are over. You ever listened to John Lennon? Terrorist sympathiser. What about this guy?

“I never in my life deviated from the position of fervent, fervent admiration for Nelson Mandela.”

That's Boris, btw.

For Dianne Abbott, read Morgan, Johnson, Hancock etc who can't do basic maths.

I don't think Corbyn will abolish the armed forces or monarchy, or make any material changes to their existence. What is it of this that you disagree with?

  • To support the renewal of Trident, but to lead efforts to create a "nuclear-free world".
  • To spend at least 2% of GDP on defence.
  • To scrap the public sector pay gap, which Labour says resulted in a "real-terms pay cut" for personnel.
  • To ensure "decent housing" for members of the military.
  • To guarantee "better access" to "good quality local schools" for forces children.
  • To consult on creating a "representative body" for the British military.
  • To provide veterans with access to "lifelong" training, housing, and mental and physical health services.
  • To seek greater consistency in the implementation of the Armed Forces Covenant.
  • To pay £50,000 to each surviving British nuclear test veteran.
  • To ensure Black and Asian soldiers who fought in British colonial forces receive an apology and compensation for "discriminatory" demob payments.
  • To ensure a "highly-skilled workforce and world-class apprenticeship programme".
  • To support British defence manufacturing, including keeping all Royal Navy and Royal Fleet Auxilliary shipbuilding contracts in the UK.
  • To review increasing the use of sustainable energy within defence, through the creation of a Climate Change Sustainability Committee.
  • To create a strategy to secure "safe and sustainable" recycling of old nuclear submarines.
  • To respect international law and avoid "needless military interventions".
  • To introduce a War Powers Act, to prevent a prime minister from committing to military action without parliament's consent.
  • To implement "every single recommendation" of the Chilcot Inquiry.
  • To provide targeted bursaries, including for former military personnel.

Anyone bringing up the anti-semitism stuff is usually willing to overlook it in the Tory and Brexit parties where it is rife, and add some Islamophobia in there for the craic.

You know the Tories were back-channelling the IRA/Sinn Fein, yeah? You know that Johnson wrote a piece for and a piece against Brexit, yes? You know he was a europhile all his life, then switched to Brexit when it suited him, and you trust him to get it done?

I refuse to lose all respect for myself by voting for a man who lies to our faces.

Well nobody else is going to get Brexit done, are they?

If I voted Jeremy Corbyn I might as well go and do a little jig on the childrens graves who were killed by the IRA while I'm at it.

Then don't vote for him. But don't vote for Corbyn either, who is equally as untrustworthy.

That's nonsense. If you vote for Boris do you hate single mothers and the working class?

And yes, Corbyn has said he'll do a different deal that doesn't plunge us into a complete black hole in terms of trade and our relationship with the outside world. I don't give a **** about Brexit, and I was hoping that some of the nuggets who voted for it over everything would at least contemplated during this election how meaningless the whole thing is when compared with good domestic policies.

Apparently not. GET BREXIT DONE (and underfund everything else because GET BREXIT DONE and thenpeople will be worse o GET BREXIT DONE)

He's been lying during the election campaign. Like holding up a document claiming it's undeniable proof that the Tories are selling the NHS. It didn't say that, at all. He was trying to pull the wool over people's eyes.

More than that. That's an interpretation and a valid one, whether you agree with it or not, it proves that the NHS has been discussed and that we haven't said 'no' to it.

You want to google 'Boris Johnson lies' and see if you can find a few more to even get within 100? The man is a prolific liar who has made a career out of taking the piss out of the working class.

One of my company's investors is friends with him, went to school with him, and said long before he got to PM 'I would never vote for him, I have no idea how he's still got a job in politics'.

That's his mate.
