We've apparently put in a £16m bid for Illarramendi. Now up to Rafa to decide if happy to accept.
Could be be an advantage having Rafa there...
great at player that hasn't quite hit those heights (not been given lots of chances) since his move but Madrid signed him for £30m only 2 years back so clearly has real talent.
More re a deep lying playmaker like Alonso but must be either him or kovacic as no way we can afford both!!

We wouldn't sell Stones for less than the current record for a CB in the PL,which was what City paid for Mangala
As for Sterling, I think City have already bid more than he's worth

You've mentioned what you value stones at and what you think sterling is worth.
Stones is probably worth 15m and sterling is prob worth 25m
but stones is probably valued at 25m and sterling is valued at 50m

£11m and wages of £100k and more.. Couldn't afford it.
Was one of the reasons we couldn't keep reina, can't afford two keepers earning close to 200k between them.
