He's 23 and a right footed CB. He played on loan at Salford last season in L2 playing 32 games. So has experience at this level.

DC said Negru was a late opportunity that presented itself to Rovers. DC gives credit to the recruitment team in tracking the player and getting the player in the door.

Oxford fans seems to love him and thinks he is too good for L2 and is shocked we've pulled off this deal.

Ryan Loft has joined Crawley. We have faced him twice already. Now we got to face him another 2 times!

That would leave us light in midfield unless the club have a deal for another midfielder up their sleeve.

We have signed Freddie Issaka from Plymouth. 19 year old attacker with bags of pace apparently and enjoys his 1 on 1's.

However, Plymouth fans thinks he isn't good enough for L2 and feel he shol4ud have gone to non league first.

Hutchinson off to Cheltenham on loan apparently. This was announced by Dan Hargraves before the 7pm deadline but nothing confirmed as of yet.

22 year old Alfie Chang has signed on loan from Birmingham with an option to make the deal permanent. He's a combative CM.

Don't think Hutchinson will be missed that much, especially as we appear to have signed a attacking midfielders

A good transfer window I think. We’ve got some decent young players on loan, we now have quite a bit of strength in depth. DC has now got a 26-strong squad at his disposal which is probably slightly more than he wants but as we were unable to shift Mola and others it is what it is.

Hopefully the new additions will bed in quickly - time will tell.
