The man has transformed our playing staff at all levels of the club and he should be recognised and praised for that.
He will make mistakes, as we all do from time to time, but the positives hugely outnumber the negatives.
I have no doubt that he is having to work with tight budgets in terms of purchase power and salary cap set by KLD and the board. He can only work within those parameters.
He deserves more credit than he's getting IMO.
