There is only one thing that concerns me about your signing, and that is the Italians are a diving bunch of bastards, he'll come in handy for Howe's time wasting tactics. <laugh>

Although I watch Serie A I generally watch Roma, so can't remember anything about your new lad.

I'm actually devastated the Sun and Daily Fail aren't telling us who we won't be signing like they do every summer <laugh>

Yeah we're gunning for ~50mins ball in play this year I think, so hopefully there'll be more meltdowns about it :)

I said a few weeks back that I was always unsure of Italian imports - Standards in their league re racism, their performance when they actually arrive here etc... But have to hope that the team here have, again, done their homework and he's the right fit / quality. They've a good hit rate so far :)

I've not seen him play much live football, but he's certainly well regarded in Italy and comes with a lot of experience for someone so young. Also a position we really needed to add quality in. Big Joe, Bruno, Tonali for the 3 in the middle is pretty strong.

We signed a bloke who we let go for being too small/**** a year ago and a bloke who got nowhere near Fulham’s team and played 18 times for Barnsley last season.


Still 4/1 to go down.

Oh yeh that was when you were going to remind me when Nunez had outscored Rashford in December, even though he hadn't, but you were going to keep reminding me of December anyway even when Rashford had more than doubled his numbers the rest of the season. Literally made no sense on so many levels <laugh>

There's speculation and then there's just down right bollox. I'm only connected to Fabrizio bro, we're like this...

I haven't watched him tbh but heard he was at Boro iirc? I've no idea how good he is.

Tieleman and Pau would be two excellent signings and Emery will get the best out of them. Agree they won't be an easy fixture for anyone.

clearly got some talent but who knows if he has enough for PL until it has been tested.
Scored against the Krauts (which is always a plus imo) in the U21 with a nice finish but then again Gordon has looked as a CF <yikes>

Archer is quality. He's going to be a star in the Premiership and for England.

Stevie G has ended up in Saudi after no clubs in the Championship would give him the job he was begging for <laugh>

Those figures are wildly incorrect but apart from that it's a really good point. We got £30 million for Wood and Shelvey alone, plus it assumes all the fees we paid were upfront and the clauses had been met. By these metrics I wonder how much Nunez would have cost, £100m+ ?

He was just making up for Fadgewackers wildly inaccurate post earlier re our transfers.

Nunez £85m if all add ons are met
