Any word on wether a new companies house group will be set up, or will they just rejig madrox partners, been keeping check on there now, won't be long like someone said before.
Hopefully the announcement in 3 days or so will be the end of parky and the feeding in of the new structure and future for us.

I don’t know much about these things but if they were to set up a vehicle to purchase shares in either Madrox or Sunderland, would that vehicle necessarily need to be UK based?
Swiss or French maybe?
I think it can be set up anywhere really as a location, but will have the likes of owners of Sunderland afc on and a list of the people in the group active or resigned etc and who is there and what directors etc there is.

Like that example, so if a new vehicle is set up be a new name with all the people in the group
I’m not massively concerned about this and am still firmly in the optimistic camp. But this is something to watch.

No, larly has to win. All this antobparky stuff, I understand, but what sort of new owner would sack a manager with no replacement? People just want headlines, new owner, sacked manager, without any idea of new owner intentions or which new manager would be interested. If the new investors are as good as hoped then we should have no manager getting somebody to drop down the leagues....
yes mate I understand all that - I meant that companies house only lists UK companies. If the entity buying us is Swiss you won’t find them on companies house.
Yeah wouldn't bother me, the way they'll probs look at is aslong as KLD is looking after us and there money gets payed back or whatever they agreed on is looking good, can only be a good thing for the future as they look in at us no loss to them either way really they'll get there money back or shares etc
Hopefully that’s just one of the ‘minor’ details he was talking about while KDL undergoes the owners test

From a non itk perspective I would say there is too much smoke and therefore fire - we live in a world of disinformation so dont trust the media, but you can trust your fellow supporters.
