Hoping this announcement gives us the right infrastructure for a good quality youth set up including the recruitment of some promising 19 and 20 year olds and a quality first team coach and under 23 coach who can get the best out of those coming through. Off topic maybe, but with Kyril Louis-Dreyfus being from the continent and being a French football supporter he'll have contacts and knowledge of young up and coming French footballers which ties in with needing to wipe the slate clean how we operate as a club.
