Two games into the season and you're on full meltdown already!

But it's not just this season is it? It's last season, and the season before that. It's the same mistakes again and again and again. If anyone thinks we're getting anything from the next two games they're deluded.

The mistake on the second Liverpool goal wasn’t really a shocker a la Vestergaard last week.

Their strikers are tricky to deal with and If you give them too many chances at some point they will force a mistake.

The Romeu-Højbjerg tandem was very good. Gunn was good. Djenepo looked a little dangerous when he came on.

There were some bright spots. We played well at times. But in the end, w just weren’t as good. Liverpool’s talent level is so high they can beat us even if they have a bit of an off game. Pulled a wonder goal out of their ass and then dominated for a fifteen minute stretch. That’s all they need.

Need to get something against Brighton next Saturday
You’re absolutely right. Already 4 points down on our nearest PL neighbours and 3 on Norwich. Early days yes, but even with the improvement on last week, same sort of errors etc as per last season and is not the 7th consecutive league game without a win? Whatever investment has been made in the summer transfer window, it needs to start bringing a return in the next 3/4 weeks, or its 2017-19 all over again.

So what can we really do about it mate?

Option A) Get all upset and angry with each other.

Option B) Have a f*cking laugh at ourselves and get on with enjoying life.

Djenepo looks the real deal to me

Disagree. How does it help the team at all to start saying we have must-win games, two games into the season?

It’s so vital we get something.

With United, Sheffield United away, Bournemouth and SPurs in our next games its horrifying how far behind we could be if we don’t start picking up these points

Yeah, but we knew that going in. It’s not a great position to be in, but it is what it is.

This whole pre season to me was akin to a movie scene where everyone at some happy gathering is about to be mowed down with a machine gun and only the audience knows it’s coming.

It’s taken 2 games but the shooter has turned up

Out of interest, what was your expectations heading into the season?
