It is not paranoia if it is trueYou implied people were being paranoid about the media linking our players to other clubs as this happens to all clubs. My point was (clearly) that NO OTHER club has seen 9 FIRST TEAM players linked with a move away to join rivals.
I even called the media reports bollocks.
My point was we are not paranoid about the media chatting rubbish about us as you implied
What hole have you come out of?
I may be coming over all wrong here so I will try to put my position clear as an opposition supporter.
After the first 3rd of the season I accepted there were probably only 3 teams with enough quality and squad depth to win the league, City, Chelsea and Spurs. Of these 3 teams Spurs were by far my first preference to win it because of the way they play and the actual players in the team. I have no axe to grind and am not out to do your team/club down.
What has disappointed me in the last 2 seasons is the fact that Spurs supporters (some at least) have become the new Liverpool supporters in so far as everyone is against them, the refs, the press, the commentators, the pundits
This and the Liverpool board is the only place where comments on match threads contain as many posts about ref decisions as the football being played.
It all comes down (in my opinion) to being so close to the top yet falling short, the need for someone to blame becomes strong and anyone is better than the club/manager/team. You lot were never like this until you became serious challengers yet now you want to blame everyone else because you haven't made the final step yet.
Please don't become the next Liverpool, you have a great future in your team so just enjoy it.
We've definitely been up there competing, and I'm very proud of how we've done this season. It's the best I can remember for many different reasons.
But I just think the title race just been blown out of proportion because no one else has bothered to even remotely challenge Chelsea this season. We couldn't have won it unless Chelsea ****ed up, therefore the with it being out of our control, it just doesn't seem like much of a race to me, especially with how big the gap has been.
We lost the title at the start of the season, really, with all those draws. Chasing a team that didn't drop points much, it was too big a gap to make up. Someone at the time mentioned the problem, really, was that we were undefeated for a long time. We certainly seemed to play not to lose at that point, and the result was too many points lost due to draws.
It's fair to say that we still can't win the biggest games, but also that this was not one of them, and that we made significant progress performing well under pressure. The run of games where we vaulted into second was unprecedented in recent club history.
We have had;
Rose, Walker, Toby, Kane , Dele, Eriksen, Lloris, Trippier and Dier all linked to moves to Liverpool, City and United THIS season alone.
It is not paranoid to point out how much **** is chatted about our club by the media.
We have not sold ONE wanted player to an ENGLISH club in 9 yrs yet now we are about to sell 9!
No other club is subjected to such bollocks on this level.

And it looks like we won't get our annual six points from Swansea next season, either. Shame. It looks like the title has gone then boys.....................................![]()

We had half chances but lacked a clinical edge, and you need that when the tactical game is going against you and the opposition are bang up for the game, as they were yesterday.
Rachel Riley already did in the post-match summary...All true, but it wasn't much different from the randomness of football, which is why you can never really predict a result. I don't think the "quality" of the chance that they scored from was much better than the one Kane hit the keeper on the foot with. On other days the keeper would simply not have been there, or the ball hits him and goes in anyway, or it bounces back to Alli or whatever. On their goal the ball bounced around and ended up falling at his feet, on other days it gets cleared or saved. Not complaining that's just what happens. The difference is that in most other matches we have been kind of spoiled by the quantity of chances we create, so that we don't have to worry about the golden chance not going in because there will always be more. West Ham had a golden chance and scored from it. I hope nobody overdoes the "choked" narrative because that is utterly and completely wrong.

But with your players it's actually true!I have to disagree with your last sentence![]()
