I don't like seeing dog **** left on paths etc, but to be honest plastic bags are worse. Not only are they environmentally disasterous, worse still some people pick up the **** in a bag, then fling the bag in a hedge !

Generally I tend to get a couple of sticks or stones and flick the turd into the undergrowth, where it will break down naturally and be eaten by slugs and snails etc.

Personally I think there's a bit of OTT hysteria about dog ****.

The council down here used to have little bag dispenser at each gate to the parks. Now, for some mad cost cutting exercise, they don't. Which has led to more dog **** about the place of course.

You can buy these rolls of scented bio degradable bags, they cost not a lot. She gets them, I've no idea where they come from.

I'm as guilty as anyone of 'failing' to see the dogs **** in the bushes though. I'm not going marauding into the undergrowth to pick up some **** no one will strand in anyway.

Yep, dog **** bins are the answer. My local council have got rid of loads because they cost money to empty, hence the dog **** increased. Now they are looking at employing a dog **** tsar who can give out on the spot fines if you're not carrying a poo bag. <doh>

I blame the immigrants.

... holidays in France last two years ... drive down to a farmhouse the other'half's aunt has bought in the midi-pyrenees ... long drive so tend to break it up with a couple of stops on the way ... French cities are absolutely plagued with dog **** ... worst by far was Tours (last year) ... alright in the daytime coz it's pretty obvious, but when you go out for the night and have to walk back to the hotel after dark ... yeeeww

I blame the immigrants.

Yeah why not. They get the blame for massive under investment in the NHS, Housing, Public services etc. Might as well blame them for all the dog **** too <ok>

Morning Sky.

Was up wiv ya lad?

You didn't miss much, just the usual. Like Skiddy getting new ones ripped into him.

Morning Bredda

I took my day off a bit too literally. Ended up falling asleep in my back garden.

No drama, good to go again. Working today, but off all weekend.

Looking forward to the Hull mauling.

I didn't think id miss much tbh, I have a feeling today the usual suspects will take another pounding on here.

I did see Fossy attempted to make a thread about me. I also see it failed miserably. "Like Person, Like OP".
