Given that FC have averaged less than 11,000 this season then if 22-25,000 FC "fans" are going then it could well be the majority will be.
Ah yes because the same 11,000 go to every game don't they?

Agreed I wish our fan base was bigger too, but the people that turn up for Wembley games and no others aren't really fans.

Stop being so defensive. Yes, most of FC's crowds are the same ones. There aren't that many walk ups in comparison to their season ticket holders. The same applies to most clubs, football as well except for the likes of Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal which have a fair amount of "tourists" stveavh game.
That sums me up then.
In my high school days in Hull the day out at Wembley for the final was Match, Ice Hockey,(usually Wembley Lions v Brighton Tigers) Late train to Hull. The school played football.
It doesn't bother me in the slightest how many part-time or glory hunting fans turn up for the big day.
All that matters that those that have supported the club through thick and thin get to enjoy their day in the sun.

They have around 8,000 pass holders so the crowd is usually 20-30% walk-ups about the same as City.
It's not defensive it's just true, say there's 25k there tomorrow, more than half will have regularly gone to games this season, therefore your assertion that the majority will be glory hunters is wrong, fact.
Yes there will still be plenty of glory hunters, but like you say, it's the same for every club bar the massive football clubs.
I doubt the red half want it winning for them.Good luck Hull, win it for the city.
