Petition the university to withdraw his honorary degree, won't happen but it'll piss him off? Protest outside his office and **** him off in front of investors and business partners? Spoof matchday programme characturaling and lampooning him with some free adverts for Allam Marine competitors? He doesn't care about the club and whilst I'll be taking part in protests the old thundercunt will perversely see it all as a victory. Hit him where he'll feel it in his business and ego knackers.
'If we really want to insult them, everyone should remove a shoe and hold it up with the sole facing the cameras.' QUOTE="Alderley Edge Tiger, post: 9537021, member: 1001926"]That's an utterly PERFECT way of protesting. Genius!![/QUOTE] Great idea. Display in groups of four with a letter on each sole to show the world your contempt for Rehab. I'll start you off. It should read something like this... C X X T
Good idea but most people attending will want to get out for a pie, a drink, get the car, buy a half n half scarf or take a piss - especially I'd we get battered. Win 5-1 and people will hang around to partake. Whilst many on here, CI and AN would get involved the numbers would make the Circle look like Fer back in '98.
The march from McDonals to the KCOM starts in fifteen minutes, anyone going? The pictures on Twitter suggest there's about a dozen people there. It was always a poor idea.
No For that very reason And also because I'm not clear what they want as an outcome either (I assume regime change, but not sure)
We have lots of fans walking out early when beating Liverpool for the first time in our history rather than stay to applaud them off the pitch, leaving early if we are drawing and hanging on for a point or going for a winner, leaving early if we are a goal down instead of cheering them on to salvage something. They aren't going to be late for their tea for a protest.
It's definitely an Allam Out protest march. It's been organised by a group on Facebook. One of the problems with it is they seen to have just settled for Facebook and assumed everyone will see it on there. Like a lot of others, I'm not convinced marching from town where the Humber Street Sesh is happening, to an empty stadium when the team are actually out of the country is the best idea either, but at least they're doing something I suppose.
Or wait till they sell the club in September like they said ? Could even be before then with a bit of luck. Just a thought.
If there is only a few this plays into the Allams hands, they will use it to say the opposition against them is just a handful. Better not do it at all.
Its the famous Mr Tiger Onsie and his son holding flag I use to laugh at him stood in E1 but he goes to all home and away games and he has my respect even if he's a bit crazy. His wife turned up with a Tiger Rug for a cape one match
