Visited Petra (Jordan) with our lass last week what an awesome place, just get the feeling it isn't being looked after though, people climbing all over the monuments etc. Any one else been? Karl Pilkington went on Idiot Abroad. I would certainly recommend it ... I've been out in Jordan for two years and it's the first real chance of doing the tourist stuff.
Went to Epidauros in Greece in February. Astounding architecture over 2000 years old. Mycenae is good too, and much much older still.

I saw a woman drop her purse in the high street this morning, so I quickly followed her. As I was just about to tap her on the shoulder she started running for a bus.
