I was up at Darley yesterday viewing the stallions and got a chance to see Golden Horn. Lovely horse with a lot of presence. Sadly he pricked his foot earlier this week and was quite lame. He had a poultice on and they weren't walking him much for the parade. I managed a photo on my phone, though it's not the best.

Not yet! He's a very good doer though by all accounts - lives for his food!
Funnily enough I went over to Juddmonte too the same morning and Rob, Frankel's handler, was answering questions from a breeder about his size. He said that Frankel's peak racing weight was about 560kg but at stud he now tips the scales at 620kg! He hasn't grown at all, it's all muscle and top-line.

Lovely looking horse. Wasn't going to back him in the Arc but, after seeing him in the paddock, just had to.
