Brendon Rogers might be a good fit. He'd certainly get us moving the ball around and keeping possession - the latter sadly lacking under Ramsey.
 
All I care about is - no former Chelsea players or managers please. We have nearly always tanked recently when an ex-Chelsea man is in the chair (Wilkins, Hughes). Ever since Dave Sexton, the Stamford Bridge connection has been bad for us...
 
I think we need Pearson. A strong personality who wouldn't take any 5hit, has proper experience of taking a team up, battling for and winning PL survival. Not sure if he would tolerate all the back room cronies, hangers on and waste of time advisors we seem to over employ.
