de Boer, Bielsa or Klopp, jesus imagine. Ellis will never have the balls for it, but he really should.

The profile and sponsorship any of those would generate alone is worth it.

None of them would manage us, never mind you lot <laugh>

If they just hired one of you lot on a weekly basis, the players only playing for a new manager would be electric, probably have you winning the league at a canter. Probably easier on the eye than your real targets, the usual bottomfeeders like Fat Sam and Arry. And I say this knowing full well Sunderland could employ Eric the Eel as coach and still hump us in the Derby!

It really can't hurt to ask the question.

Pulling crap off the managerial merry go round year in, year out just isn't working.

I'm in nazi mode, I'd literally kick the **** outta most the squad.. We need another Keane. The job was too big for dick. Right now we need PL experience and no **** manager.. NP suits us ATM.

Oh I don't think for a second we can get Klopp mate, but Bielsa talked to us before he went Marseille, and de Boer wants to hit this league and we have a couple Dutch lads.

I'm expecting Allardyce of course, Ellis hasn't pushed the boat out before why would he now? I'd actually be very happy if he went for Pulis, a genuinely great manager who moulds teams and doesn't **** about.

Marseille are a ****ing shambles by the way, NUFC star player Cabella is ensuring that <laugh>

Of the others, De Boer rejected Liverpool, he can do better and would have to be unbelievably sure of himself to enter a job which is effectively ending managerial careers left right and centre!

Oh and Klopp is somehow linked to every bloody vacancy, even the Chelsea job now... Which is odd as his successor seems to be doing better like...

Make no mistake, I want Sunderland to get a manager to raise them above the ****, but who they can get realistically, God only knows!

Bielsa won them there first title for years then left as the owner was selling his team and not negotiating new contracts, Ayew free, Valbuena free etc.

    The mess wasn't Bielsa's.

Like I say Klopp isn't anything like an option, de Boer was settled at the time, he wanted the Spurs job I believe I think we could get him.

But, as I say, we will get Allardyce, cos Short is a ****ing fanny.

When? Did they actually approach him while Rodgers was in charge? So his situation may be different now? You know nothing about these people and are only listening to the ****e the mirror print! Lots of assumptions

Would Mr Colgate smile come here for the laugh?
He had Newcastle playing well above their station and is currently doing very very well and playing decent footy with CP.

PS, I dont want the smug tw*t but he's better than some that have been mentioned.

He went to Palace cos it's 'his club'. I still don't rate him and never have anyway, but he certainly won't leave Palace unless he flukes a mega job.

So does he! Haha. 'I will not rest until I manage a big club'.

Massive up yours to the Toon fans for the grief that, although they were far bigger a club than he ever should have managed IMO.

Is it bollocks horse **** it's common knowledge. He gets his teams organised and well drilled starting from the back. His teams have lost as many as any other prem manager? I don't think so. Sean Dyche has a worse record for one never mind the hundreds of others.

How many games did West Ham lose the last 2 seasons? How many did Bolton lose?

Tell me what has the man achieved as a manager, go on name on single achievement? Oh yeah he kept Bolton up for a few years. That's exactly what we need isn't it, cast iron mediocrity?

Dunno about you but I'm ****ing sick of seeing that as our limit, and Allardyce has one proven track record. He does not take teams above mid table. There's your fact.

EDIT he lost more than 33% of games as West Ham manager, so your 'common knowledge' is 'common misinformation'.

    That's bang average.

Yes because mid table would be a disaster for us at this moment in time. "Cast iron mediocrity" is exactly what we need to pull us out of this hole we find ourselves in yet again. This isn't the time to be taking punts on risky unproven in the PL managers, not unless you want to be relegated.

What exactly do you want nads? I'd kill for a regular comfortable mud table season after season then improve to move on surely? What is wrong with that? Lose 33%? Thanks that'd do. It us bang average but it's better than our recent achievements
