He is probably fed up with unwarranted abuse that he is receiving on just about every Forum you can find, seeing it all, it is no surprise that he would want to get away from it all, even if hadn't thought about it before, some of these guys call themselves Saints fans, there is nothing Saintly about them at all.
Fair enough, never thought of that. We're all a bit quick to judge, but as far as we know Vic's so far done nothing to warrant being abused on twatter.
No thanx.Shoot reckon we're in for Inter's captain Andrea Ranocchia if we don't get Virgil: http://www.shoot.co.uk/southampton-eye-surprise-move-for-captain-of-inter-milan/?
So do you overly optimistic posters still think this squad is good enough to compete this season after this embarrassment?
If he was watching that pile of ****e he'll be having second thoughts, that's for sure.Get spending. And get Van Dijk signed before he runs off.
I'm sorry Beefy, but there is no way you can be full of confidence after watching that ****e tonight?Oh look it's spreading on to here as well.
I take it as it comes. I don't look back and don't worry what will happen in the future. As long as me and my family members are healthy and Saints exist then I have nothing really to worry about.I'm sorry Beefy, but there is no way you can be full of confidence after watching that ****e tonight?
You know your not allowed to express an opinion unless it agrees with everyone else. Not one shot on target in the second half speaks volumes.

No freedom of speech round here lol
That's admirable, and I really mean that, and I'm sure most of us will be back to our usual optimistic selves in a day or so, and if we beat Norwich convincingly we'll forget how badly we played tonight. Most of us need to have a good moan in the aftermath of a display like that though, and get it off our chests!I take it as it comes. I don't look back and don't worry what will happen in the future. I think the majority on here tonight agree with Brixham, so your point is...?You know your not allowed to express an opinion unless it agrees with everyone else.

Agreed! I have a good book to read before I go to bed which will take my mind off things nicely. Unless a key character dies. Which will just add to the sadness. But my love of Saints will drag me back to St Marys on Sunday, and if we can get any kind of win, I will feel much better. That's admirable, and I really mean that, and I'm sure most of us will be back to our usual optimistic selves in a day or so, and if we beat Norwich convincingly we'll forget how badly we played tonight.
