He is probably fed up with unwarranted abuse that he is receiving on just about every Forum you can find, seeing it all, it is no surprise that he would want to get away from it all, even if hadn't thought about it before, some of these guys call themselves Saints fans, there is nothing Saintly about them at all.

Fair enough, never thought of that. We're all a bit quick to judge, but as far as we know Vic's so far done nothing to warrant being abused on twatter.

There are people who deserve abuse on Twitter. Rupert Murdoch for example. A professional footballer looking for a pay rise? Grow up!

I'm sorry Beefy, but there is no way you can be full of confidence after watching that ****e tonight?
I take it as it comes. I don't look back and don't worry what will happen in the future. As long as me and my family members are healthy and Saints exist then I have nothing really to worry about.

Just the passion of football and just dissapointed in the progression. Lots of talk of onwards and upwards and the [HASHTAG]#wemarchon[/HASHTAG] etc, but we won't with the likes of coco, caulker Romeu etc.

You know your not allowed to express an opinion unless it agrees with everyone else.
No freedom of speech round here lol

Oh for goodness sake, not this again. You realise that people like Beef are expressing an opinion, just as Brixham was expressing an opinion. They're different opinions. It's what happens on a forum. Nobody is saying Brixham can't have his opinion.

That's admirable, and I really mean that, and I'm sure most of us will be back to our usual optimistic selves in a day or so, and if we beat Norwich convincingly we'll forget how badly we played tonight. Most of us need to have a good moan in the aftermath of a display like that though, and get it off our chests!

The other thing is, Brixham was expressing an opinion that did agree with the majority. It's Beef that's expressing one that is relatively unique tonight....so your point I'm afraid...is bollocks (and very, very, very tedious when people say this).

Agreed! I have a good book to read before I go to bed which will take my mind off things nicely. Unless a key character dies. Which will just add to the sadness. But my love of Saints will drag me back to St Marys on Sunday, and if we can get any kind of win, I will feel much better.
