Watching Stoke, Newcastle and a couple of the other matches this year, whatever the qualms one might have about the sheer amount of money in the Premiership these days, there is one indisputable positive: no established side has an excuse to play scared anymore. Any team with half a clue can put together enough talent to have a go in every game.
