Don't think I said that at all, just that this notion that dropping points early means we can't do well come season's end is rubbish. Of course I'd rather we start like a house on fire and maintain it all season, but it's a 46 game season FFS. If we don't finalise signings until the end of the window so start with a few draws and losses in amongst the wins, the sky won't be falling on our season.
