What is it that they're accused of doing, exactly? It all seems rather vague.
That being said, I think it's only fair if he's treated as an ineligible player, they're relegated, stripped of their FA Cup win and publicly flogged.

As I said on the Arsenal board though, Sunderland and Brighton were guilty of the same thing. They basically got a telling off and a paltry fine. If we get anything more than that, it would be farcical. It all seems like a storm in a teacup, though.
