Jimbo, just calm down a bit........it's bad enough with the football without falling out with others on here.....
you're probably right there jim but we've still been up for it in the vast majority of games..just not quite good enough and not helped by having an imbalanced squad.
Double negatives eh! very confusing....that's why I corrected you. I was doing you a favour, so you were not misunderstood. It's not pathetic. Don't tell me to p off....that's pathetic, even worse than bad grammar!
Agree CR has had his chance. He'll probably join his mate at Villa next season anyway. Need someone to come in and show some proper leadership and sort this mess out.
Perhaps we should all sit down to this Titanic themed dinner for a shared "gastric" experience? A culinary competition in Shediac Saturday will pay tribute to the Titanic with menu items created with the ocean liner in mind. please log in to view this image Peter Woodworth is the executive chef at Maison Tate in Shediac and put in about ten hours on Friday preparing to defend his restaurant's title at the annual Rotary Club chef's competition. "Mine to lose, mine to keep," he said. Woodworth says this year, organizers are floating a new idea for event. "The theme this year is the last dinner of the Titanic," he said. "So it's a very grand event, but it also ties in culinary wise because they ate some incredible food." Woodworth researched menu options online and settled on lobster thermidor with lemon chive gnocchi and Thai basil gastric. Pierre Leblanc is one of the organizers from the Rotary Club. "We said it was kind of different, kind of new, it was something people can kind of associate with and we're hoping nobody is going to drown at the end of the evening," he said. Pierre Leblanc is with Shediac rotary, one of the event organizers. Leblanc says the dinner is also a tribute to the ship and the people who were lost that night over 100 years ago. Three hundred tickets for the dinner have sold out, with the money raised going towards community groups in Shediac. Woodworth says that alone makes the effort worthwhile. "We try to always stay to the 'wow factor' and so to bring that wow factor to 300 is a feat, so it's going to be a lot of fun," he said. Woodworth is competing against four other local restaurants hoping to bring home the prize. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/new-b...red-at-rotary-club-chef-competition-1.3058711
We are not all sitting infront of a key board my stumpy fingers on a touch screen phone = the odd grammar issue , when your upset with your team devastated at the situation last thing you need is a smart arse . Apologies if caused offence . This is only Plc you can vent your frustrations with fellow supporters and hear there oppinons . Back to the football
Probably a good coach, would like to keep him (as a coach), but, as a manager, his points per game average is worse than Harry's. The team selection and formation today didn't inspire me with confidence.
Pulis is at W Brom mate and his PPG there is 1.36 Sherwood's at Villa is 1.30 (Oh & an FA Cup final )
Having a pint and a bit of grub in Liverpool City centre. That game summed up our season. Could have, should have, what if etc etc. Clint was the wrong man to mark Sterling in the first half. Dreading facing 149 plastic Scousers on the flight home. I thought R day would happen at home to Newcastle but it looks like it could be next week at City. I am beginning to feel anger towards TF and his gross mismanagement of our club. Have a little beer tonight lads in honour of Rio and his family.
I think TF is over in Las Vegas for the big fight, he provided a plane done up in Pacman livery for the fight...
What devastating situation is that then mate? Football? Reckon Rio is devastated at this precise moment don't you?! Devastation has nothing whatsoever to do with football at the best of times.....and especially not in the light of his news! Perspective needed. Thank you.
Did he Sooperhoop? Our Tone likes a bit of publicity and self promotion. Shame he's not over here in his club's hour of need.
