We should be building a statue of him. When he finally decides he's had enough of know nowts and never done owts crying all the time and stops funding everything he's funded, the penny might drop about how much he does and without him doing what he does, Hull is seriously ****ed. I admire him more for carrying on despite all the **** thrown his way. I hope he does say **** it now tbh, he deserves better than this ****. Naturally when everything comes tumbling down the usual ****s will still blame him. They remind me of Mackems and Brucie. No wonder they hold them up as super fans.
Pot & kettle "Why everybody talking to me as I carry the responsibility of the City? What about the people you voted for? Are they there for tea & coffee & lying & cheating & knocking down buildings & closing down sports activities He should do stand up.
The SMC lost over £1m last year and the loss was from subsidising Hull FC, even the beer was subsidised.
"I have never been a football fan," he added. "I am still not a football fan. I am a community fan." October 2014. Doesn't appear like it.
Shall I couch my question a bit different for you How as a man with Allams track record and business acumen managed to turn SMC from making a small profit to a sizeable loss in a few short years ? I suspect the answer and your point of reference is SMC accounts, the biggest work of fiction since the Bible
I wish the mods would keep up with ****s blaspheming and putting down religions. Religion is supposed to be a total no no on here.
The decision is definitely not going to be reversed. Though it's not quite as bad as it initially looked, the biggest user of the Airco is school football tournaments and they'll be allowed to carry on. The club are now trying to help the evictees find alternative venues, the trampolining one seems to be the real headache as there's no obvious alternative. The other FWG stuff should hopefully all go up tomorrow.
It really helps if I copy and paste to the right thread angus young @angus_young61 · 28m28 minutes ago Not just amateur clubs being shown the door. I hear SMC staff at the Arena are losing their jobs @Airco_For_All #hcafc
Doesn't that breach the rules of exclusive academy use? If the schools can use it, I see no reason the trampolinists can't. It's not difficult to set out a temporary floor for their equipment. Obviously the basketball and stuff would have to move but I'm sure there's plenty of venues capable of hosting a basketball team. My old school could have done that.
I take it there's a financial element attached to this academy status ? Who was the last City academy product who played more than a handful of 1st team games ? and will this indoor pitch and upgrade in status start a production line of Premier League stars of the future?
I think part of the issue is the hazy line between the club and the SMC. Strictly speaking, the Club are the beneficiaries of an SMC decision. I wonder if the SMC have to show a net benefit to these changes? Banging my usual drum, at least there's a concerted reaction and oopposition to these evictions. It's a pity we didn't do the same for ours Instead of shouting objections down.
They've been offered meetings, but some are currently insisting on meeting the Allam's, unfortunately that's not going to happen.
Well take Mohamet to the Mountain then. Not that I'm suggesting it, but Sunday afternoon outside the KC main entrance would be an ideal opportunity for AircoForAll and representatives of the various amateur clubs to protest against the decision.
