DTLW.....after reading that summary of his career I am surprised we have approached him with a somewhat troublesome temperament.
Still it will be "interesting" especially if he isn't given a first team choice

Don't think there's any doubt that he's something of an idiot. But an on-loan something-of-an-idiot is okay, so long as he's able to focus on the rebuilding his career bit, not the bit where he won't be starting every match.

He is on loan and in theory going to be desperate to prove himself. Balotelli has the security of a multi year bumper contract to fall back and coat on. It doesn't matter how he acts or how he plays. And if you look at him most of his problems this year are that he has been terrible not that he is a character off the pitch

Another example is to look at how adebayor plays at the first 6 months to one year of a new club to justify a massive contract...
