I was thinking the same thing, but maybe loan signings are not limited to the dates of transfer windows (always assuming, of course, that this is a loan deal)

I bought him on FM14 last year. He was quite good. That's all I have to offer on this one

I quite like him. Flatters to deceive ever now and then but when on form he's really really tricky. Exciting player at the very least.
