Hi CLivetime, Well maybe if you also pointed out Graysons good points and then explained how the good point are outweighed by the negative points that would mean you have analised him. Example I think in my opinion he burns out some players, instead of resting them. I also think he sticks by players that are not performing instead of putting them in reserves to get back form. Positives he does seem to get tactics right for big games. He also seems to be loyal to his team and his team are loyal to him.
The fact that we were 16th at one stage and 2nd at another doesn't really matter because we finished 7th. We had a poor start and a poor finish, with a good run in the middle.
We have some very good players, yes. But we also have a poor manager who ignores some of those good players and has left us missing good players in key positions.
The main part of management is the results and at the moment regardless of what anyone says hes got em and about fans.. i listen to everyone except clive really, it works pretty wellGrayson is poor, his signings, tactics and formations baffle everyone, those are the 3 main parts of management. Some fans on here are switched on, some are deluded, some are realistic but get dubbed as wums, its hard to pin point who's genuine
Grayson didn't do well at the start of the season. We lost the opening game and suffered humiliating defeats to Barnsley and Preston. We were as low as 16th at one stage.
