I lightly scratched a blokes Audi the other week - tiotally my fault and admitted blame and offered to pay for the repair without insurance - he said "fine no problem - but it'll need a new rear wing" - I Said "Bollocks - it'll need a bit of spray paint which I could get you professionally done for less than £100 - and that'd be the entire wing". He said "OK sort it out and ring me " and we exchanged numbers. 2 days later he rang me and said "I've decided to go through insurance as myself and my wife, who was in the passenger seat, have had a bad neck since the accident"... Little does he know that you must attend hospital within 24 hours of the injury now but he decided to **** me with insurance claim for a tiny scratch when I was doing 3 miles an hour!! Prick! Audi is taking over from BMW for me like!!
Fairly sure your insurance risk rating will rise even if you make a no fault claim , because insurance companies will class you as a higher risk
Ridiculous innit mate, Mrs a few years back, didn't touch the driver in front but a driver behind her got out and said "I seen that, you hit him", then the next thing we know there's 4 of them claiming whiplash from the car she didn't hit in front of her. I'm not sure how the whiplash thing to go to hospital within 24 hours works mind, whiplash usually takes 24-48 hours to set in anyhow. I actually have a stiff neck and sore upper back from this morning, although I have no intentions of putting in a personal injury claim. I just hope it doesn't develop and keep me out of the gym.
I've been saying this for ages. To be fair, BMW, Audi and VW are the worst drivers in that order. All speedy cars and German, I believe.
Why would you do that? If you really do that I can't wait till a car side swipes you and crumples you up with your own wreckage. But you don't do that do you? You're full of ****e.
I was cycling along Front Street East Boldon this summer, on my way to the dentists. Young lass in a Z4 with the top down in front and an old lady in front of that, stopped at lights for the school kids. Lights went green and no movement from the old dear so I shouted "haway man its on green" at which point the lass in the Z4 turn round looking worried. Nooooo, not you - the car in front. Off we went (eventually) only to find when I got to the dentists that the Z4 was in the car park. Oh ****, hope its not the new dentist. Luckily for me, just another patient but she wouldn't speak to me when I apologised. I've been told I'm guilty of road rage, and I must admit to feeling slightly guilty. That's the advantage of being in a car, nobody can hear you rant!
She has anxiety because she was involved in a hit and run on her car. It's not your fault pal I know that, but I'd happily make you suffer for it. You admitted to being a **** and ****s usually end up unconscious sooner or later, I'm sure you understand this.
Well that's just ****ing stupid, it's treatable. Fine, suffer. Though you don't have anxiety do you? You're full of ****.
CORRECT Even if you have nowt to do with the accident Ie your not even there The insurance company will class you as a high risk. Not there Not your fault You don't make a claim If your car reg is used in any claim you bare the brunt. Stupid system but all insurance company work for ONE.
