My fibrous diet is playing havoc with my farter.

3-5 ****s per day and now it bleeds intermittently when passing stoolage.

Nevertheless, the ****s are so satisfactory that they are orgasmic and hard-on inducing and well worth the colon disease.

Docs next week for a finger up the arse if the bleeding doesn't stop though.

Bowl of alpen and banana
Home made Lentil soup
Apple
Orange
Turkey salad roll
Bowl of bran flakes

You try doing 1 firm ****e after that.
 
yesterday:
bowl of bran flakes + shredded wheat, glass a OJ
banana+2 tangerines
tuna salad sarnie + lentil soup
2 big apples + fresh pineapple
(jogged 5km) (adds to jobbie making process)
oven fish n chips wae corn on cob
yoghurt

Usual day fried chicken home made with chips half a dozen Heineken few slices of pastrami crisps almonds pint of milk cup of tea rice and anything else i can get my fat paws on.
