Who would be in your squads then if you were to pick. For natural balance go for 3 x GK 2 X DL 2 x DR 4 x DC 4 x CM 4 x Wingers 4 x Strikers
Joe Hart Fraser Forster Steve Harper Liam Rosenior Nathaniel Clyne Leighton Baines Ryan Bertrand Curtis Davies Michael Dawson Gary Cahill Phil Jagielka Tom Huddlestone Jake Livermore Jack Wilshere Jordan Henderson Raheem Sterling Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain Stewart Downing Tom Ince Ross Barkley Adam Lallana Wayne Rooney Danny Welbeck
As Bummers has said, that's the most bullshit "don't shoot the messenger" claim ever! You gave your own view, not someone else's.
How? He had a link to the DM article with that very squad at the bottom of it. Heres the link again: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-Austin-Fraser-Forster-according-EA-data.html
What, so if I posted saying Boyzone were the best band ever and I hope they reform and at the bottom om my post put a link to a Boyzone fan page then it wouldnt be my opinion, it would be someone else's?
Chill out, guys. Apologies, I should have put the link first. My bad. Thanks Quill, at least somebody gets it
The difference being a Boyzone fan page clearly isn't impartial whereas a newspaper article sort of is. He's right in his 'Don't shoot the messenger' claim. He didn't even state it was his opinion, he started his post with 'If the England squad was picked on performance, and not reputation...' He clearly has a link to an article which that team is taken from.
Did you scroll down the article? If you did you might have seen a f**ING MASSIVE ADVERT for an EA Sports product. Yeah massively impartial. Of course The Daily Mail received no incentive whatsoever to print these findings.... Arent you studying media or something?
Please point out where I said it was 'massively impartial'? How is the EA product affecting their findings? EA uses Opta stats, the most accurate source for football statistics, so in essence they are using Opta stats, something the Daily Mail and the majority of news outlets use.
I didnt say you said it was massively impartial. Please point out where I said you did. It doesnt impact on the EA findings whatsoever. The very clear point I was making was the article was only printed because EA ****ing paid for it to be printed. You said it was an impartial article and it evidently isnt.
If this ^^^ is true what does that make you? Wummer of the year maybe? Steve Bruce has said Tom should try to get into the England squad, surely he should know best? Unless, of course, Steve Bruce is an idiot perhaps?
I've seen Mark Noble a lot this year and he should be in there too, why Hodgson would recall Downing and ignore Noble is another thing I can't understand, I agree Downing has played well enough this year in a different role but Noble has to be streets ahead of the likes of Carrick and that Henderson, who made a living with a few others off the back of Suarez and Sturridge last year and now looks like what he is again, average
It looks like we're off to a flyer, Gary Cahill, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Andros Townsend, Leighton Baines and Phil Jagieka have all missed the first training session through injury.
