Some reports I various papers today that these two could be on their way.
I do like them both as players but firmly believe that we have moved on to the next level now and that the time is right for them to go. Both great servants of our football club but don't see either getting any game time now.

Seeing as we're not getting anyone new til the name change is settled, that would be a surprise.

It was just in one of the tabloids, probably nonsense.

Bruce said last week he was rejecting loan approaches for Quinn, though McShane might go, they've had a fall out.

In their respective positions they are well down the pecking order and not even making the bench, so don't really see why this would be a surprise.
To many better quality players in front of them.
Plus why is it that someone has to mention the words name change on virtually every thread posted?

Thought it strange that Bruce Jnr was on the bench and not McShane on Saturday.

Heard that Aluko stormed out the Hallmark on Saturday morning after being left out the squad.

A few noses have been put out of joint.

Don't think this is strange at all.
Bruce is the better player out of the two of them, simple really.

Neither of them are really good enough for the Premier League.

It is always hard to let go of players that have been excellent servants for the club, but that is football I guess. Its a shame, but with only 2 comps to consider, we are overloaded with cover and probably need to reduce the wage bill.

Personally, I think both Mcshane and Bruce bring endeavour, of which I would choose Mcshane. However, I/we don't see them in training every day so will have to take Bruce's call on it. As for Quinn, well the list is endless of player in the middle of the park that are ahead or I would personally have.

Basically McShane is a cult hero because he's ginger was crap and got treated badly. Then Bruce gave him a chance and he improved.

He's better then Alex, but they're both not Premier League level.

I like Quinn and think he's a tidy player. It all depends if he's content on being a squad player.

McShane should be our 4th choice CB for me. Next in line if we're playing a back 3. If they've had a fallout, it's probably over Bruce being ahead of him in the pecking order. Quinns the same, he must be only one injury from starting again. We shouldn't get rid of either of them.

Aluko and Ince don't deserve to be on the bench with the quality we've got and their performances so far. Although I do think it was maybe a bit unfair that Ince signed under the impression he would play, and then we went and signed better players in his position in the same window.

I'd ditch him as soon as we can, he's not the kind of player I'd want if we got relegated either and we should never have given him a new deal. My only concern with Macca and Quinn going is they're exactly the kind of players I'd want if we got relegated.

Quinn has played in five of our seven Premier League games so far, I don't think there's a game when he wasn't at least on the bench.

You can't keep players you like just in case you get relegated.
What's the word I'm looking for........... Ridiculous!!!!
