I don't post enough to get these pm's!! On a side note, who is good with photoshop? How easy is it to change text within a photo? For example if someone wanted to change, say, the Northern Rock on our shirts to say something else but with the same font; or change the writing on a picture of a coke can to say something else but again, keep the same font etc.... how easy is that to do? That probably makes zero sense

Who was that?! First time I've ever been told I look like a shrew mind, been called foreign a few times! Oh Skalpel, saw your rep with youtube, decided to post a response here as think the movie thread has died or moved on from Arnie. You've probably seen it, but it's an amazing collection of his one-liners.
You can use PS tools like Clone Stamp or Healing Brush to clean up or entirely remove the parts from pictures that are infront or printed onto other parts of the image (like your examples - coke can/football shirt). As far as replacing text with new, it depends; either closely approximate the font with one you have yourself or if it's hand drawn type (like the coca cola logo) then you either need to be arsed to redo the whole thing or use bits of what exists to make other letters (eg a 'c' can become an 'e').
