you can only tell by looking at the offical books published at the end of those financial years... g&h books are dodgy and hard to get... spurs publish thiers for fee and you cna probably see both in and out totals on that.... clubs rarely publish the full details in that report though...

in the end i think if you look to the aquilani deal which we got a rare glimpse into due to roma publishing every detail you can see we got absolutely destroyed i nterms of the deal... i wouldn't put it past mr parry to have paid the full 19mil odd for keane and then took in nothing wehn he was sold again.

Diego sacked? man if there was ever a deal or steal we could do that would be it, get him back to his best and we have a player on our hands.

Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath has told Brazilian midfielder Diego to look for a new club.

Magath says he came to the conclusion that ''future cooperation would be difficult and that it's better to go our separate ways'' after a talk with Diego.

Diego left the team hotel before the last Bundesliga match of the season at Hoffenheim after being told by Magath that he would not be in the starting lineup. Diego refused to be a substitute.

The Brazilian played for Werder Bremen before a spell with Juventus.
 
Bring him in, loads of quality there and would love our pass and move system.
 
Apparently Downing and Adam deals are close. Thoughts on this?


I think it will be very good, especially Downing, adding some much needed pace and width to the team, and will help get the best out of Carroll. Both will help balance the midfield and strengthen the left side. Suarez will aid delivery to attack.

Its interesting to see Switzerland get so far. Maybe they have some bright years ahead.

Lefty, and in my opinion one of the best lefties there are at the moment.

I think so as Downing is just at home on the right.Also a left footer playing on the right can add a new dimension to crossing.
Would love to have both but mata would be first choice.
