Just had a slight problem with my laptop when it decided to turn itself off for no reason at all. After much panic and confusion, seeing "blue screen of death" on it as it is apparently called and many failed attempts to reboot it, I waited a few minutes, then started Start Up Repair and that fixed the problem for the foreseeable future. However my extremely computer literate brother suggests that it in the case that I have experienced it is likely to have been hardware failure, so it might be an idea to try and get it fixed. I'll leave it for now, if it flares up again, I shall heed his advice.
Mightily relieved I am, as the last thing I needed was another thing to stress me out. I'm already worrying a little about work later on today. The area of the office i'm in today, Recruitment, will be short in numbers as most are away at a training thing. So it will only be 1 experienced worker, me and 1 other who I think is doing part time work with us. We will be getting a lot of calls, and I don't know enough about this particular area yet to be of help on the phone. When I get calls when the whole team is in, I just pass it onto whoever will be the best help to them. So it'll be a test for me to see how I handle taking phone calls and doing my regular work as well. Fingers crossed that I don't get too stressed out and panic.
