Thought I'd create a thread where Stokie's can chat about random things, their day-to-day life, ask questions to other members, generally have a good old natter

I have a question too! "Why is my nickname Jub?" I honestly don't know, Sarge, just a short word. I was thinking "lovely jubbly" etc

Right, I guess i'm the only one who would put serious thought into a username

 

I just hope Pottermouth comes on here. It isn't a Stoke messageboard without him, his pearls of wisdom often get me through the day

 

I second that! Pottermouth is such a legend.. wise wise words! And serious thought was put in my username, thank you very much! Haha!

 

Plus he just speaks so much sense, he puts a lot of us to shame

Legend is a word I don't like to use that often but in terms of Forum posters, Pottermouth is a legend!

 

Hello! Are you all 'staying' on here from now on, or still using 606 as well? P.S. Looking forward to the late night panic on Monday?!?!

 

Yes, I noticed that haha! But Potts is just brilliant, he's joining tomorrow.

 

I'm going to continue posting on 606 until it finishes. Bobbin - I'm really getting worried about the lack of movement so I await Monday with trepidation. I'm going to go for 2 in and 2 out but no idea who they might be.

Well, I've got to sign a new striker for Stoke, to replace the one who left for Man City. Otherwise we won't be able to defend our League Cup, FA Cup, or Premier League titles. If only it wasn't just in Championship Manager!

That, and look for a job and work on the old language skills for a while
