I wouldn't complain about the insignificance of finishing second in the Premiere league

Fair do's you get rewarded for that, a place at the top table of European football. Runners up in the Mickey Mouse Cup just gets you a lot of hilarity from your nearest and dearest. One of these days though, Sunderland will be back on the European stage. You never know, if you fluke our way to another final in the FA Cup (the proper Cup competition), you'll be in Europe. The third championship team to do so in recent times.

I would like to obtain a photograph of Sunderland being presented with the FA Cup this year can anyone tell me the best place apply for one

A prayer mat may your best option and a few prayers to whichever God you believe in, if any.

Guys, as Pardewsual, there's more rumours about the manager's future, but this time the suggestion is that the club couldn't 'sack' him immediately after the game and that the sanctions imposed by the FA will give sufficient ground for gross misconduct and essentially free of charge dismissal.

Personally I think there's less than a 1% chance of Pardew being given the sack, knowing how the club seems to operate, but I wondered if anyone else had seen the rumours, what the thoughts were, whether anyone did think there was a chance that "Pardew Sacked" will be this Friday's 11am announcement (yep, it's BACK!!)?

Although unlikely he will be sacked, it is of course possible.
As I see a lot depends on whether or not, Ashley intends retaining Pardew for next season.
If not, and he gets a stadium ban, I can see him being sacked as long as Ashley has options available for a new manager, which is unlikely.

I give up second guessing what might happen anymore.

I originally agreed with the majority, that the immediate fine and ticking off was the biggest endorsement he could have received from Ashley. To be fair, his latest interviews don't sound like a dead man walking. But as you say, it's impossible to second guess - I just wondered whether Saturday wasn't reason enough, but a large-scale stadium ban with global press coverage of his "guilty" verdict will allow Ashley to pull the trigger.
