Since we have had a little bit of success, we seem to have acquired a vociferous minority who can't accept what has gone on, they are a bunch of poor losers, that think the Club owes something to them personally, just because they support the Team, a kind of negative, poor sportsmanship that this Club can well do without. If it's 100% success they demand (i.e. not expect) 100% of the time, then they better had find another Club because it isn't going to happen here. By all means support your Club, but if you are not man enough to stand up to adversity, then you are chasing the wrong dream. I agree that we didn't get 50% effort from the players at Sunderland, no one was more disappointed than myself, but I don't blame Poch, he picked the Team, the Team didn't respect his selection and played poorly as a result, that is just in my opinion (for what it is worth).

Good grief, get over yourself. No-one expects 100% success. I do expect 100% effort from players and manager though and I didn't see that on Saturday.

I saw the players have the chances yet **** it up. Pochettino can't be blamed for Lambert missing from 2yds. He can't be blamed for the squad playing ****. End of the day it was the players that messed up far more then him.

Not happy with MP. He can say whatever he wants, but one can tell he didn't go all in to progress in the cup.

But that's in the past now, let's get back on track and win the next match.

Does MP have any influence over the team, or we should just replace him with a traffic cone?

I didn't name names, got a guilty conscience?<devil>

Gosh one has to be careful what one says, I should have made it clear that this Forum has mostly been the exception to the rule about negativity, I was referring to some of the other sites, you know who they are......

Do we know what went on in the changing room? He could have been passionate as hell trying to fire the players up. But yet they didn't responsed.

Yes Pochettino has to take some blame. But the players on the pitch let us down far more then he did.

Exactly. The players on display should have had enough about them to motivate themselves, even if MP had cracked into a 12 foil of diazepam before the game.....

To be honest Pochettino should have just said let's move on. Would make life a lot easier on here! <laugh>

Did you honestly look at the line up pre-game and think "right we're gonna win this now"

Because my phone was filled with texts from mates asking what he was playing at, that he'd picked a ridiculously weakened team and that we would probably lose now.

It is 100% Pochettino's fault.

If he was he left his enthusiasm in the dressing room. Looked singularly uninterested in the game from his seat on the bench.

Yes Pochettino didn't score from 2yds did he? Pochettino was playing and played like crap didn't he?

MP's selection of players was baffling. Yeah, both him and Perez said they played the strongest possible team, and although we don't know for sure what's happening in the background, it's highly unlikley it really was the strongest team available.

That being said, I think the selected players should've played much better and should take their proportion of blame.
