Help.. can someone translate this please?
It may as well be written in Mandarin (no Fredor I don't mean the citrus fruit before you get the tin opener out and try).

In the past I have repeatedly informed this forum of the superiority of Sunderlands record when compared to Newcastle as recorded in the history of football, only to be met with a barrage of abuse that only the present results count, now that even the present results are favouring Sunderland, can someone please explain the massive inferiority complex of the Newcastle supporters that will not allow them to accept any facts, it is something that you will just have to come to terms with, there has to be a top dog

PS Albert concerning you 70% comment I can state categorically that no one left Roker Park until five minutes before the final whistle blew, unless you were willing to climb a 20foot gate with barbed wire on top

Climb it? ACS would have vaulted over it!

Jeez, I started turning blue/purple and had to stop for air half way through that first 'sentence'. I've read it again and still no idea what it means.

I typed it into Google translate and it said 'wtf? who do you think we are?'....

Our stadium is too big for us.

Southampton brought about 300 fans.

Our league form has left people apathetic towards the team.

Poyet stated before the game that he'd be playing reserves.

We've had fixture congestion recently.

People are saving up for a weekend in London when we're at wembley.

We were all too busy watching Newcastle's fifth round game as we prefer them.

So on and so forth.

Should still be getting over 25,000-30,000 for a game like that.

So fredor, you want us to accept the facts. But you're going to have to enlighten me which carefully selected facts you want us to accept.

You say that Sunderland have a superior record when compared to us, both historically and currently. On what basis is this? You are very wrong about that made up fact. I know you are slow on the uptake so I will spell this out as carefully as possible. Try not to be confused by the full-stops. They are just a literary technique we use over here along with things like paragraphs, commas and capital letters.

Sunderland have won eight major trophies throughout their history, and have also been runners-up eight times. None of these successes were in Europe.

Newcastle United have won eleven major trophies throughout their history, and have been runners-up ten times. This includes winning a European trophy.

I haven't included the Charity Shield. Some clubs include this as a major honour and others don't. If it was included it would weigh things even more in our favour as we have won one and been runners-up (lost) five times, as opposed to your winning one and being runners-up once.

It is clear that historically we have been the more successful club.

However, whenever you quote historical successes you magically make all of the cup competitions disappear from your figures. It is true that, historically, Sunderland have both won the league and been runners-up more often than we have. In order to say that you are the more successful club then you have to maintain this disappearing act and argue that the cups are completely meaningless. I would very much disagree with you, but for argument's sake I am willing to go along with it for a second. If the cups are all completely meaningless and league position is all that matters, as you seem to argue, then the cold hard facts are that currently we are 9th in the league and you are 18th and in a relegation place. If this is how you see things then no wonder you prefer spending so much time on this board. It is the home of a club currently outperforming yours by your way of measuring things.

Of course, I think you are completely wrong. The cups matter a lot and Sunderland are having a cracking season, provided they stay up (which I think they will). The fact that you are willing to write off how important the cup competitions are while also claiming to be a Sunderland fan, along with the fact you live on here and very rarely post on your own board, shows what a poor grasp you have on reality.

I have tried to use little words so that finally you may understand things. I suggest you have a good read, step back into reality, and then - in the nicest way possible - shut up and **** off!

<laugh><applause>

Rep for that one!

I look forward to Fredor's reply.
