To get to that ceiling he needed well over £50 million from our billionaire chairman, who realised he'd hit his ceiling and got rid.
He is a great manager for a club that only realistically hopes to stay in the league, a club like Hull.
If the players freeze, a good manager gets them going.
I agree that our ceiling probably is the upper-middle reaches of the PL, and I agree that Brucie is the ideal manager for a club like this.
